I've got one on my Jazz and it improved the tone no end. I think they go for about £50 and if you've got the money spare, they're well worth it. Sustain and tone will be improved.
The only thing to remember is that the saddles don't have grooves cut in them, you need to set it up then cut the grooves once you know where the strings will run - possibly a job for a pro repairer.

Try Shifnal Music - I'm told they're pretty good. I had my amp overhauled by them and they also gave Chris Haywood a damn good deal on de-fretting his bass.
It's also worth speaking to the guys in Salop Music in Wellington - I don't know if they use anyone or whether their other branch in Shrewsbury have got an in house repairer, but otherwise, they would certainly be able to point you in the right direction.
